Step 2 Full Proposal Information for Invited Applicants
The Full Proposal solicitation window opens on Tuesday, July 21 at 8:00 AM. Proposals must be submitted in RAPTR before 5:00 PM on Friday, September 4.
Applicants will receive notice from RAPTR that their grant application has been reverted prior to July 21. However, please note that the ability to proceed to Step 2 will not open until July 21 at 8:00 AM. For instructions on how to access RAPTR for Step 2 Full Proposal submission, please see the "Applicant Resources" box at the bottom of this page.
The Urban Greening Grant Program received an unprecedented number of proposals this round and was oversubscribed by more than $760 million.
The process remains highly competitive. Not all proposals advancing to this step will be recommended for funding.

Applicant Resources RAPTR Step 2 Full Proposal Instructions - Applicants who have been invited to submit a Full Proposal will have access to the next step of the submission process in RAPTR. This document provides step-by-step instructions and screenshots to help you access the Step 2 section of your proposal in RAPTR. Register for the Technical Assistance Workshop - All applicants are highly encouraged to attend the virtual Technical Assistance Workshop on July 30, 2026 from 10:00AM – 12:00PM. If you are unable to attend, a recording of the workshop will be posted to this webpage at a later date. Final Grant Guidelines - The guidelines include funding priorities, important definitions, mapping tool requirements and scoring details that applicants should reference when considering their projects. |
