2026 Urban Greening Grant Program

Step 2 Full Proposal Information for Invited Applicants

The Full Proposal solicitation window opens on Tuesday, July 21 at 8:00 AM. Proposals must be submitted in RAPTR before 5:00 PM on Friday, September 4.

Applicants will receive notice from RAPTR that their grant application has been reverted prior to July 21. However, please note that the ability to proceed to Step 2 will not open until July 21 at 8:00 AM. For instructions on how to access RAPTR for Step 2 Full Proposal submission, please see the "Applicant Resources" box at the bottom of this page.

The Urban Greening Grant Program received an unprecedented number of proposals this round and was oversubscribed by more than $760 million.

The process remains highly competitive. Not all proposals advancing to this step will be recommended for funding.
