Kevin See joined the California Natural Resources Agency in October 2022 as Agency Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Officer for the Department of Water Resources (DWR). In his role, he is responsible for the vision, strategic direction, policy development and management of information technology for the Agency and DWR. Prior to joining the Agency, Kevin was the Deputy Chief Information Officer for DWR, Chief Information Officer for the Department of Conservation, Project Director, Enterprise Architect, and Director of Web Technologies for the California State Teachers’ Retirement System, and Principal Consultant for the National Council on Teachers’ Retirement System. Kevin is a graduate from California State University, Sacramento and Boston University.
