Draft Tribal Grant Administration Guidance
The California Natural Resources Agency appreciates the countless tribal consultations and roundtable discussions on how Agency can better serve California Native American tribes throughout its grant programs. In response to feedback received from tribes and State grant programs, CNRA has developed a draft Tribal Grant Administration Guidance document to support the development of future grant guidelines and programs. We warmly welcome the opportunity to consult with tribes on this draft language and respectfully request consultations conclude by September 5, 2025. To request a consultation, please email us at tribalaffairs@resources.ca.gov.
