Real Estate

The Real Estate Branch acquires temporary and permanent land rights in support of DWR's business goals and objectives, performs property management functions for DWR's operating and non-operating rights of way including the administration of DWR's Encroachment Permit Program, and manages consultant contracts providing support services.  DWR's Real Estate Branch also performs acquisition and property management functions on behalf of the Central Valley Flood Protection Board.
