Grants & Loans
We have a number of grant and loan programs that support integrated water management activities addressing public safety, environmental stewardship, and economic stability.
Technical Assistance

The Real Estate Branch acquires temporary and permanent land rights in support of DWR's business goals and objectives, performs property management functions for DWR's operating and non-operating rights of way including the administration of DWR's Encroachment Permit Program, and manages consultant contracts providing support services.
