The Department of Water Resources’ Division of Safety of Dams has published a Notice of Determination for construction of an impermeable membrane liner on Lake Fordyce dam’s upstream face and a cut-off feature at the upstream toe.

This notice serves to inform all interested parties that the California Department of Water Resources intends to adopt an Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) for the CA Aqueduct – San Luis Canal Geotechnical Investigations Project.
