Notice of Drought Resilience Interagency & Partners (DRIP) Collaborative Meeting – 2025 Informational Virtual Meeting February 13, 2025

Notice is hereby given that the California Department of Water Resources (DWR), as the Lead Agency of the Drought Resilience Interagency & Partners (DRIP) Collaborative, will host a virtual meeting on Thursday, February 13, 2025, scheduled from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. For more information about the meeting and how to participate, please visit the DWR Events Page for this event. Members of the public will be able to observe the meeting and provide public comments during the meeting remotely through the Zoom meeting (see Remote Participation for more details). A physical location is also available for public viewing (see Meeting Location for more details).

 

Meeting Time
Thursday, February 13, 2025, scheduled from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

 

In-Person Meeting Location
California Natural Resources Agency, 715 P St, Sacramento, Room 06-212 (sixth floor). This meeting will be primarily a virtually held meeting. Public attendance is available at the above physical location, but we strongly encourage attending the meeting virtually if possible. If attending in person, please check in at the security desk on the first floor prior to the start of the meeting.

 

Remote Participation
Remote participation will be conducted via a Zoom platform. Members of the public who wish to attend and comment remotely can do so by using the Zoom registration link.

10:30 a.m.	Welcome and Agenda Review Review meeting purpose to inform DRIP Collaborative members and the public about the 2025 engagement process ahead of the Spring 2025 meeting.
10:40 a.m.	Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Act Review Review key aspects of the Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Act rules to ensure that the DRIP Collaborative continues its compliance and follows best practices for engagement.
10:50 a.m.	2025 Engagement Process Layout the plans for 2025 DRIP Collaborative work, roles and expectations, opportunities to engage diverse interests, and timeline.
11:20 a.m.	Tracking 2024 Recommendations Introduce process for tracking and engaging implementers of the 2024 DRIP Collaborative recommendations.
11:45 a.m.	Preparation for in-Person Spring 2025 DRIP Collaborative Meeting Identify specific next steps to advance 2025 focus and cross-cutting areas problem statements.
11:55 a.m.	Public Comment
12:00 p.m.	Adjourn

Members Remotely Participating
