The Department of Water Resources’ Division of Integrated Science and Engineering has published a Notice of Determination for the Blacklock Restoration Phragmites Control Project, located in Suisun Marsh. The Proposed Project would be implemented under the Suisun Marsh Habitat Management, Preservation, and Restoration Plan (SMP) EIR/EIS.
