Public Comment Period Opens for Delta Emergency Grant Program Guidelines - Round 3

The California Department of Water Resources (DWR) is pleased to announce a 45-day public comment period for the draft guidelines for the Delta Flood Emergency Response Grant Program, Round 3 (PDF). This grant is designed to provide funding for local emergency responders within the legal Delta to improve their capacity to respond to flood emergencies. 

The 45-day public comment period begins today, October 4, 2021, and will close at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, November 16, 2021. Please submit your comments on the draft guidelines via email to Kristin Richmond at Kristin.Richmond@water.ca.gov or mail them to:
