Notice of Intent to Submit Certification of Consistency with the Delta Plan

This notice serves to inform all interested parties that the California Department of Water Resources intends to submit to the Delta Stewardship Council a Certification of Consistency for the Sherman Island Belly Wetland Restoration on or after March 30, 2020 (10 days after this NOI is released).

The draft Certification of Consistency is available for public review and comment online at Sherman Island Whale’s Belly Project Certification of Consistency. It is also available during business hours at the following address:
