60-Day Public Comment Period Opens for Draft “Handbook for Water Budget Development: With or Without Models"
The California Department of Water Resources has released a Draft Handbook for Water Budget Development: With or Without Models (Water Budget Handbook), a single volume technical reference that systematically presents the existing, but previously uncompiled, information on various methods and data sources for developing water budgets. More information about the role and use of the Water Budget Handbook in developing water budgets can be found in a set of .frequently asked questions (FAQs)
The Water Budget Handbook and associated FAQs can also be found on the Sustainable Groundwater Management Office’s Data and Tools page under the reports section.
The comment period for this document closes on May 7th.
