Draft Recommended Funding List for Proposition 1 Implementation Grants Released for Public Comment (Funding Area 1 of 12)
The California Department of Water Resources (DWR) released the Draft Recommended Funding List for the Proposition 1 Implementation Grant Program. This recommended funding list is the first of twelve funding area lists, which will be released in several groups over the upcoming months.
Approximately $222 million in grant funding is being made available for implementation projects with approximately $23.6 million being made available for projects that provide benefits to Disadvantaged Communities.

These funding recommendations are subject to public review for 15 calendars days, starting February 10, 2020 and ending February 25, 2020 by 5 PM. Following the review of public comments, DWR will release the final list of awards and notify each recipient.
Public comments on the drafting funding list can be submitted by one of the following methods:
