Public Notice of NOP for Tisdale Weir Rehabilitation and Fish Passage Project

DWR is planning to prepare a Draft Environmental Impact Report (Draft EIR) for the Tisdale Weir Rehabilitation and Fish Passage Project. The Draft EIR will meet the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). DWR has issued this Notice of Preparation (NOP) to provide responsible agencies, trustee agencies, and other interested parties with information describing the proposal and its environmental effects.
