Planning for Change - September 2019

The Department of Water Resources held two Planning for Change events in September, 2019: a Climate Change Vulnerability and Adaptation Summit and a Workshop designed to inspire water management and climate change technical communities to work together to achieve water resilience for California.

Decision makers and technical experts discussed prominent future climate change uncertainties and threats and the role of those risks in ongoing and future water management activities. DWR released a Call to Action at the event.
