Public Meeting for State Water Project Contract Amendment for California WaterFix
In light of the Governor’s recent Executive Order N-10-19 directing state agencies to develop a comprehensive statewide strategy to build a climate-resilient water system, DWR and the SWP Contractors plan to resume the public process. This process will be to further negotiate the proposed amendments to the SWP water supply contracts between DWR and the SWP Contractors.
A public meeting for the SWP Water Supply Contract Amendment for Water Management and California WaterFix is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on May 20, 2019.
