The California Natural Resources Agency is considering a proposed regulatory update to the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines to fulfill the directive issued in AB 52, Gatto 2014. Written comments will be accepted from February 19, 2016 until April 4, 2016 and can be submitted to ceqa.guidelines@resources.ca.gov; or to:

A public hearing on the proposed changes will be held on April 4, 2016 at the California Natural Resources Agency 1416 Ninth Street, First Floor Auditorium, Sacramento, CA 95814. Oral comments will be accepted at the hearing, but time limits may be imposed.
