NOI to Adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration for California Aqueduct Subsidence Program Geotechnical Exploration

This notice serves to inform all interested parties that the California Department of Water Resources intends to adopt an Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) for the CA Aqueduct – San Luis Canal Geotechnical Investigations Project. The public comment period is July 9 – August 9, 2021.
