Proposed Code Changes to the California Building Standards Commission - 45-day Public Comment Period

DWR has submitted proposed code changes for recycled water plumbing in buildings to the California Building Standards Commission (CBSC) for their 45-day public comment period. Written comments will be accepted by the CBSC from April 10, 2020, until 5 p.m. on May 26, 2020. The public will have an opportunity to provide written and/or oral comments regarding the proposed action on building standards at a public meeting to be conducted by the CBSC to be scheduled at a date near the end of the current adoption cycle. A meeting notice will be issued announcing the date, time and location of the public meeting.
