Extension of Deadline to Submit Proposals for the Riverine Stewardship Program: San Joaquin Fish Population Enhancement Solicitation

Published:

On July 1, 2019, the Department of Water Resources (DWR) announced the opening of the solicitation period for the Riverine Stewardship Program: San Joaquin Fish Population Enhancement Program (SJFPEP). The deadline to submit SJFPEP proposals was November 1, 2019.

Governor Gavin Newsom issued a statewide emergency proclamation effective October 26, 2019, because of fire weather conditions, sustained high winds, damaged electrical power lines, and electrical utilities independently de-energizing power lines. Considering this emergency proclamation, DWR is extending the deadline for submitting proposals for the San Joaquin Fish Population Enhancement Program’s (SJFPEP) grant solicitation until November 15, 2019, 5 p.m.
