*The following Nationwide Permits require notification only for certain actions:

5. Small weir and flumes that involve 10-25 cubic yards of fill require notifcation.
13. Bank stabilization requires notification to the district engineer when the activity exceeds 500 feet in total length or exceeds an average of one cubic foot per linear foot of shoreline.
14. Road crossings activities under this nationwide permit require notification only if the project involves a discharge of dredged or fill material into special aquatic site.
18. Minor discharge activities under this nationwide permit require notiification only if the discharge exceeds ten cubic yards or the discharge is in a special aquatic site.
26. Headwaters and isolated waters discharges under this nationwide permit require notification only if the area of wetland disturbance exceeds one acre.
