Natural Resources Agency Small Business and DVBE Advocate

The California Natural Resources Agency Small Business and DVBE Advocate is Vickie Key. As the Small Business and DVBE Advocate she is responsible for assisting small businesses by:

• receiving and responding to complaints received by small businesses;
• providing technical advice and assisting small busineses in resolving problems and questions;
• reporting small business concerns, and when appropriate, reporting them to the Agency Secretary.

The Small Business and DVBE Advocate does not advocate for or against the adoption, amendment, or repeal of any regulation or intervene in any pending investigation or enforcement action.
