ENVIRONMENTAL ENHANCEMENT AND MITIGATION PROGRAM

 

***PROJECT PROPOSAL SOLICITATION*** 

 

The California Natural ResourceAgency will be accepting proposals for the Environmental Enhancement and Mitigation Program (EEM) from April 23, 2024 through June 25, 2024, via the Resources Agency Project Tracking and Reporting System (RAPTR)Proposals must be submitted before 5:00 p.m. PST on June 25, 2024.

The EEM Grant Program seeks projects to mitigate environmental impacts caused by new or modified public transportation facilities. Eligible applicants are local, state, and federal governmental agencies and nonprofit organizations. A 501(c)(3) nonprofit applicant must be a public benefit corporation.

 

Approximately $6.7 million from this year’s appropriation are available for awards this cycle.  If awarded, projects will need to be completed by March 2028.
